Over the years we have been asked all kinds of questions so we have complied a list of the most commonly asked questions to try and help you decide what you need to consider when hiring a marquee.

Before any booking has been made we will come to visit the proposed venue and advise you of the size of marquee possible, based on the number of guests and the type of event. Because our clearspan marquees can be increased or decreased in minutes it gives us the flexibility at the last minute if the numbers of guests change.
Does it matter what the ground is like where the marquee is to be erected?
Our marquees cab be erected on most ground surfaces as long as it is reasonably flat. Carpet can be supplied to cover the ground surface.
Does the location require any special consideration?
Firstly decide where you want your marquee t be erected. Contact us and we will survey the area. Our marquees are frame design which means we can erect the marquee almost anywhere. All we need is sufficient access to the area. Any overhead hazards such as trees or power lines etc. may need to be considered.
Our marquees are made of strong PVC and are fully waterproof. In heavy rainfall water may seep below the walls into the marquee, to be certain that your guests do not get water logged wee suggest a hard floor with carpet if heavy rain is expected.
Are there any trip hazards or anything that can cause injury?
Our frame marquees do not reply on guy ropes and pegs. There are no internal posts or fixings so the likelihood of someone tripping over is minimal however not guaranteed.. it depends on how clumsy they are !
What internal accessories can I have?
We can supply everything from table and chairs to stage, dance floor, lighting and heating. If you require some more specific or out of the ordinary please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirement.
